Biography
Beth Fischman is admitted to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. She is a graduate of Duquesne University School of Law. Her practice includes a variety of matters related to litigating landlord tenant issues and representation of homeowners and condominium associations. Beth sits on the Board of her homeowners association. Beth also focuses on transactional matters related to the sale and purchase of real estate, residential and commercial leasing and land use and zoning issues. Beth also represents parties in probate matters. She has successfully obtained a surcharge in excess of $495,000.00 on behalf of her client against the Power of Attorney, which was upheld on appeal of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. Beth is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association where she previously served on the Judiciary Committee and the Pathways to the Bench Committee. She is a member of the ACBA Women in Law Division and Real Property Section. Beth is also a fellow of the Allegheny County Bar Foundation.
