Biography
Alexandra McGee is a Senior Associate specializing in litigation strategy. With her prior career as an actress, she serves her clients in a dramatically effective way both in the courtroom and behind the scenes. Having tried over 10 civil litigation business dispute cases to verdict, where most cases settle, is a testament to Mrs. McGee’s commitment to serve her clients to the very end. In her practice, Mrs. McGee represents business owners, developers, contractors, real estate agents, architects and engineers, and other professionals in all civil actions. Mrs. McGee also has extensive experience relating to fiduciary duties and related claims brought against directors and officers of various organizations, non-profits, private clubs, and Homeowners/Condominium Associations.
Having litigated almost every type of matter in the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Florida, Mrs. McGee is a valuable asset to her commercial clients as an advisor and general counselor. She regularly advises clients on responding to contract issues, employment issues, and any other methods of alternative dispute business resolutions.
Previously, Alexandra was the Managing Attorney with a highly respected boutique litigation firm in Vero Beach, Florida. There she represented Indian River County, provided statutory interpretations to the Board of County Commissioners, reviewed and made recommendations regarding city ordinances as to their state and federal constitutionality, and provided guidance on whether policies and procedures complied with all laws. She represented Fortune 500 Companies in complex consumer class actions in both state and federal court.
Alexandra is a member of the neurodivergent community and seeks to provide legal support to neurodivergent individuals, business owners, and families. She actively advocates for change in our communities for neurodiversity to thrive.
